The iPhone 4 is being cleared from store shelves with new and upcoming Apple phones lined up for release. Now Best Buy is offering the iPhone 4 for as low as $49.
The retail giant will be selling the iPhone 4 for half the $99 price. What is more tempting? It is reportedly a permanent price drop, so whether you hurry or not a piece should be easily got.
Remember, the iPhone 4 could be only activated on AT&T, Verizon or Sprint. Plus you need to sign a new two-year contract with your preferred carrier.
If you don’t prefer an 8GB iPhone 4, then you can also find the iPhone 4s for only $49.99 with contract.
The AppleInsider pointed that the price drop comes days after Apple announced it sold 26 million iPhones in the June quarter. Investors apparently viewed that number as disappointing.
The iPhone 4 was first released in June 2010. The top features included video calling with FaceTime; Rretina display with 960 by 640 resolution; HD video recording; and a 5-megapixel camera on the back of the phone.
The iPhone 4′s successor iPhone 4S was released in October 2011 and featured Siri, dual-core A5 chip, 8-megapixel camera with all-new optics, 1080p HD video recording and more.
