Acer Timeline notebooks gives the best result on 8 hours of battery life which helps you in all-day computing that expands the future with Intel Inside. The notebook is super thin at just 24mm thick (less than one inch), rising just 5 mm at its highest.
Acer Timeline has three different models with different sizes namely Aspire 5810 Timeline, Aspire 4810 Timeline and Aspire 3810 Timeline
Features of Acer Timeline Notebooks:
- The brushed aluminium cover not only gives it looks to die for but also keeps weight down to a featherweight 1.6kg (3.5 lbs) for the 13.3” model and just 2.4kg (5.3 lbs) for the 15.6” one, making it both lighter and easier to carry around than anything comparable.
- Aspire Timeline has introduced Laminar Wall Jet technology for the first time to redirect cooling air along the bottom side of the notebook, making it lighter, more efficient, longer lasting, less harmful to the environment and a whole lot cooler.
- A simple circular finger-swirl motion lets you scroll up – or down – web pages, documents or playlists. Pinching lets you zoom in and out of the applications you use the most while swiping two fingers horizontally lets you flick through photos, web pages, documents or media albums.
- Timeline Notebooks comes in three different sizes—13.3”, 14” and 15.6” – with 16:9 aspect ratio, high-definition CineCrystal LED backlit display, HDMI-out port and integrated Acer Crystal Eye webcam.
- Reach Timeline: 802.11a/b/g/Draft-N wireless, 3G WWAN and Mobile WiMAX(*) connectivity.
- The Acer Aspire Timeline was designed to enlarge your world by completely changing your expectations of battery life. Intel Core 2 Duo ultra low voltage processors combined with the PowerSmart button at the top of the keyboard allow you to extend battery life more than you ever thought possible.
- And when you need maximum performance, just push the PowerSmart button again to unleash the full power of the Aspire Timeline.
- 8+ hour battery life : Charge up once and go all-out from morning till night! The Acer PowerSmart key provides one-touch system-wide energy conservation, delivering 8-plus hours* of on-the-go notebook action. Based on Principled Technologies’ benchmark testing, using Bapco’s MobileMark 2007 Productivity test. Battery life varies depending on product specifications, computer settings, and applications or features launched, and may be reduced if Windows Aero™ is enabled. The Acer PowerSmart button must be enabled to achieve the 8+ hours. All batteries’ maximum capacity diminishes with time and use.
