Check out this new freeware which is considered to be one of the best screen capture software available. Since it is free, it will be good option compared to other screen capture software for which we need to pay some money.  This freeware software is called Shup. There are extra functions available in Shup.  

Shup starts running in your system once as you activate it through customizable hotkeys. As you activate the program, it captures your desktop or currently active window and opens the built in image editor. After which you can paint, crop etc and also you can rename the file and add upload tags.

Image is uploaded to any of the supported file hosts after you have edited the image and the new URL is into clipboard for easy access. Few hosts which may help you, like Stashbox.org, Flickr, PhotoBucket, WaffleImages, ImageShack.
