HP with New mini-Q nettop in Taiwan, First Ever.

HP releases new mini-Q nettopĀ  in Taiwan which is considered to be the first-ever nettop PC, the mini-Q 2030. It is a Compaq Preario Model.

Features:

  • 1.6GHz dual-core Atom 330 processor
  • 2GB of DDR2 RAM.
  • 160GB 7,200rpm SATA hard-drive with Windows Vista preloaded
  • A dual-layer DVD burner.
  • It has 4 USB 2.0 ports, 2 PS/2 ports, an Ethernet port, a VGA jack for connecting to monitors and an audio and microphone jack.

Price:$386

And HP also showcased mini-Q 2020 which sports the single-core Atom 230 rated at the same 1.6GHz, half the RAM at 1GB and the older Windows XP OS.
