First step is that you should navigate to Start & All Programs & Microsoft Office & Microsoft Office Tools & Microsoft Office 2003 Save my Setting Wizard. It will be very helpful if you have new laptop or PC, this application works for all MS office applications including Outlook.

And if you want to restore settings previously saved, then please navigate to Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard. Skip the first screen by clicking on Next, then select Restore previously saved settings. Select the appropriate settings file via the Browse button and then click on Finish.
