I am an ardent strong believer of Jesus Christ. I strongly believe in his presence and guidance in my life. So my passion, doesnt end there, I love to share the Gospel, the Good News with others, and encourage them to walk the path of light. Recently, I have been greatly impressed by Robin Uthappa, the lad from Bangalore. A Cricketer, who had the audacity to dare the mighty Australians, and who even surprised many by his superb knocks.
After all, I am glad he realised he reached this position by the hands of God and not his own strength. Well I think its a blessing that Indian Cricket Team has a player like him, who lives and walks by faith and trust in God.
“At some point two years ago, he found me and I found him,” Robin Uthappa says. “Actually I think we just found each other. And I could communicate with him. And things just happened for me since then. There was a time during the World Cup when he wouldn’t talk to me, and that was a really bad phase. But it passed and we’re communicating again.”
Well well, he aint talking about his conversation with a physical embodiment..He is referring his faith in God and his trust in Jesus. I am not trying to act tooo Christian and bring in a divide between Christians and Hindus. India is the largest democratic country in the world, with a blend of different diversities, culture, people, standing united. One must seriously note that Christians count up just 2% of the Indian population..so call it the microscopic minority. Obviously Christians enjoy same privileges and opportunities like others, but there are news untold by the MEDIA…some of them that contains the torture and persecution of Christians, specially DALITS by the Extreme Fundamentalists including those from the saffron group.
You can get a lot of Christian News happening in India from Christian Today India. The things happening in India, really makes me sad. Recently a rally in Bangalore led by H.T Sangliana concluded with a strong message of religious tolerance and unity with peace. They demanded to end the Anti-Christian treatment rendered to the minority. Its true, the persecutions and beatings go un-noticed.
Figures like Robin Uthappa, H.T Sangliana, prove the Christian character and faith…and surely they are a pillar of strength and support.
Last year, I was upset about the conversion of Pakistan star Cricketer Yousuf Youhana from Christianity to Islam. I was seriously wondering the reason for his conversion. What good did he find in Islam, which was not seen in Christianity? Well Christianity doesnt force anyone to follow the religion and always strap on with the teachings. Its a religion of love, peace and freedom. But this cant happen in Islam..A muslim converting to Christianity, is an evil sign for them. Hence Muslims have the right to kill the one who is converting, otherwise say the infidels.
In India, Christians are living in a much integrated and better way, but its not like this in Pakistan. Most of them work as janitors and sewage cleaners who earn very little that cant even support their family. They are tortured, beaten, converted and killed. Christian girls are forcefully kidnapped, married off to Muslims and given a Muslim name. They believe, by this they are helping Islam, in its expansion. Reproduction is considered to be a very powerful tool for expansion of their religion.
Name me one Muslim country, where the Majority Muslims live in peace and freedom. Saudi? Dubai? Iran? Pakistan? Well..there is no democracy in these countries. There is no freedom of religion, freedom of speech or any of these characteristics.
Youhana would have been a great pillar of strength to the minority Christians in Pakistan. Wished he considered and loved his people, even though he converted.
I hope and pray that God rise Christians from the country, who may lift and proclaim the banner of hope and life to the world.

Yousuf Youhanna is a nothing but disgrace to the devout Christians of Pakistan and worldwide. I read somewhere that he converted to Islam in the hope of becoming Captain (The Muslim majority of Pakistan - an Islamic country - would never want a Christian captain in any of their sporting teams. I live in the UAE. A lot of people are offered money, villas, etc to convert to Islam. Then they have the story of their conversion published in the newspapers saying how happy they are that they have converted.

Robin is a loser and so are you. His career average in one-day cricket is 28 and he is yet to be selected for test cricket. It doesn’t look like the Christian God is in his side. Look at Tendulkar who worships Ganesh and look at Uthappa, who incidentally performs like his last name … You losers, go find another religion. Your God is dead and I know because I am him.

Hi who goes by the name Jesus,
You said, “You losers, go find another religion. Your God is dead and I know because I am him.”
You are right by saying you are Dead because you say so. Our God is alive… even if Robin doesn’t get name and fame, he will inherit eternal life.

Hi,
It’s so nice to see that Lord Jesus Christ has called so many from different parts of India. He is indeed the only true and living God. Jesus is not with us to give the riches of this world though he doesn’t withhold any good thing from us, but he has given us salvation that too by HIS blood..Praise God!!God bless all.

Why do we talk about religion. Faith is what one believes in and is very important for ones upbringing. But NO ONE has the right to preach. What may be right according to you might not be agreed upon by OTHERS. Preaching leads to a lot of bad blood. Especially telling the POOR to believe in “MY GOD” and he will get his meal.
The ultimate truth is, GOD does not feed you. You have to make yourself capable of feeding yourself. Religion does not teach you to PREACH. It tells you to love.
NO matter what faith you belong.
To each his own.
So stop talking about JESUS and ISLAM and HINDUISM.
It is because WE bring religion in our discussion, the WORLD we live in has become the place that it is now. HUMAN life has no respect. LIFE being is BLOWN apart by BOMBS, HACKED, Murdered left, right and center.
Just THINK that all of us are HUMANS. THIS World will surely be a better place to live in.
