Sony is launching an Ultra Slim VAIO X Notebook which is going to feature a 11 inch display and will be released in October.

When it comes to size, its just 0.5-inch thick and weighs just 1.5 pounds. The notebook uses carbon-fiber for chassis and aluminum for the keyboard. And it has an Intel Atom processor.

These little specs was announced at IFA 2009, more specs and features will be released soon.
